I've rewritten the tutorials for Chapters 20-24 of Dreamweaver 8: The Missing Manual so that they work with the PHP/MySQL server model. Make sure you download the PHP Tutorial Files first; these are the actual Web pages you'll work on. The other downloads are PDF documents with the written tutorials.
